Introducing Chef Luca Banfi 

In late October, Chef Luca Banfi joined the Dallas Gun Club. Born in the US, he realized at a young age that the culinary world was the right place in which to follow his passion. He rose from working in an Italian café to serving as chef de cuisine for the renowned Le Cirque restaurant group, to joining the culinary team at the Lodge at Torrey Pines. Chef Luca has worked from Milan to San Diego, and from the Dominican Republic to the UAE. These experiences helped him shape his own creative approach. He is currently in the process of completely revamping our menus in anticipation of the re-opening of the kitchen later this year. Both our members and guests can look forward to a new and delightful dining experience. Once Chef Luca has completed his initial menus, they will be posted here on our website. Below are just a few examples of Chef Luca’s dishes:

The clubhouse deli is open!

While the Kitchen is undergoing renovation, we are excited to launch the Clubhouse Deli starting Friday, November 13th, 2020 at 12:00pm. Chef Luca is bringing a new spin and a from-scratch approach to your classic deli experience. The Deli menu will be available on Wednesday thru Friday from 12:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm.
